MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2010 Jul 06 Observer(s): Werk, Colucci Institution(s): University of Michigan Instrument: Direct + Nellie Worked for 8 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Weather was decent for the most part, save a few clouds here and there, especially near twilight. We got decent data. We did have one very minor issue (that doesn't seem to warrant a trouble report) where the ccd didn't respond after we paused, and then decided to clear an exposure. After ~5 minutes, and conferring with the 1.3-m telescope observers, we did a control-C --even though the manual told us it was a bad idea generally to do that after a >cl . Everything worked totally fine after that. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2010 Jul 7 [5:48:43]
