Bad weather most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Fog all night.

Observing Summary:

We were in a cloud all night... the humidity only went below 90% a few times 
and didn't get below 85% at all, so we didn't open. It was (obviously) entirely 
overcast all night as well, although it seemed to thin out a little bit towards the 
end of the night. Went ahead and went to bed at about 4am, since the humidity 
is still high and we're running out of nighttime. 

Earlier on, the UPS wasn't functioning after a power outage, so we had to have Bob come up and 
help problem-solve. The computers are working now.
