MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2010 Sep 14

Worked for 10 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

A fine night, clear with decent (though mostly not spectacular)
seeing.  OSMOS worked nicely except for a single time when the 
slit wheel didn't set (it produced an error message and a suggestion
for recovery, which worked immediately). The noise from
last night appeared to be significantly reduced, though it was
still detectable.  We're getting a little quicker as we 
gradually automate portions of the observing protocol.
