Bad weather most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Rain all night.

Observing Summary:

Storm, rain, clouds. No observing.

Encountered IC to Caliban file transfer problem when 
taking calibrations at the beginning of the night. 
Could not recover lost calibration files, Hiltner 
restart did not help. IC reboot seems to have fixed 
the issue.
