MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2011 Jun 01 Observer(s): Schroeder Institution(s): Columbia Instrument: Templeton Worked for 10 hours (all night) Conditions were Mixed most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds from 8 pm until 2 am. Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Overcast, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Overcast, Winds Light & Variable End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: Cloudy the first half, clearing later with high cirrus. THe new guiding camera, I noticed fails when there are two stars of equivalent brightness in the guider field.
