MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2011 Mar 17

Instrument: Modspec + Templeton CCD

Worked for 11 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing <1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light &amp; Variable

Observing Summary:

A fine night, clear throughout (cirrus to far NW) under bright
moon, with good seeing.  

One glitch, but not trouble -- guider is not focusable.  I think
I ran the motor mic all the way to the end of its travel, 
where it seemed to stick (or the switch sticks, or something).
Fortunately Maxim DL does remarkably well with out of focus
guide images, so no impact on observations.
