MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2011 Mar 19

Worked for 11 hours (all night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1- arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:


Mostly clear, with cirrusy intervals through the night.  In the
afternoon visiblity was limited, maybe 10 miles, and it didn't
seem windy enough for a dust storm -- it may have been smoke from 
a forest fire near Nogales, or maybe not.  Seeing was excellent at
times.  Full moon.  

The zero indicator light on the rotator controller definitely 
isn't going on when the rotator is at zero.
