MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2011 Oct 01

Worked for 3 hours (last half of the night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Calm
   Mid: Overcast, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Cloudy until about 2:00. Variable seeing conditions.

The problem with the guider focus continues. The images look
like large donuts and we hit the focus limit. Guiding on these
asymmetric donuts do not work, so our long exposures are
unfortunately not useful.
