MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2011 Oct 15 Observer(s): Joe Antognini Institution(s): OSU Instrument: OSMOS (Red detector) Worked for 11 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing .9 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing .8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing .9 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: It was clear all night. The seeing was not as good as last night (usually pushing up against 1 ), but was never atrocious. Most of the night was spent getting Y-band images of high-z QSO candidates.
