MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2011 Sep 12

Conditions were Overcast most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.

Observing Summary:

The evening started with a lightning shutdown after dinner,
and it rained steadily for an hour or more.  I was able to
restart everything fine after the shutdown.  But,
there were heavy high clouds over 90 per cent of the sky
pretty much all night -- even a sprinkle at 2:30 when I 
happened to step out.  At dawn it was clearing nicely, but
too late to do anything.  Spent most of the night working on 
software for the new Leach system (not here yet).

This isn't worth a trouble report, but the Ne lamp is not 
appearing in comp spectra and probably is burned out.
