MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2012 Aug 21

Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.

Observing Summary:

There were storms in the area until 9.  Stayed cloudy for most of the 
night.  Started to clear around 2 to 3, but the humidity stayed high
enough that I couldn't observe.  Performed a lightning shutdown procedure
at 4:15 and restarted everything around 9:30.  No problems were encountered.
