MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2012 Dec 11

Worked for 12 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Clear all night. Seeing ~1 arcsec.
NOTE: the Windows Guider computer is set to 
automatically do Windows Updates every day at 3am,
going into a Restart Computer warning with no option
of preventing the restart. We had to interrupt the observation.
Exit the Guider program. Wait for the computer to update and 
restart, and then continue. Lost ~15min.  We suggest the computer
be configured either for manual updates, or to update during 
the daytime (mid morning or so).
