MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2012 Mar 05

Worked for 5 hours (last half of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 16:00 until 02:00.
   Beg: Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 3? arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Clouds through out the first half of the evening. Took sky flats 
during that time but struggled to focus the instrument with the 
clouds. Later in the night, seeing was very good. 

There was a problem with the rotator angle device. It stopped
responding after trying to use the paddle to change the rotation.
It was stuck at -0.6 the rest of the night.
