MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2012 Mar 06

Worked for 4 hours (off and on through the night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Winds all night.
   Beg: Clear, Winds Above Limit
   Mid: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Above Limit
   End: Seeing 3 arcsec, Smoke, Winds High

Observing Summary:

Very high winds through most of the night forced us to close the
dome after a brief period. Reopened with drop out in up position
and got one observation target done. Winds and clouds forced us to close 
the dome again. Wind calmed slightly at 4:35 but dust and/or smoke
from the fire on the adjacent peak caused very poor seeing conditions.
Closed down after I saw dust in the flash light beam.
