Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Successful night of observing, lost 15 minutes due to a power
glitch which caused the guider computer to crash and reboot.
Thin cirrus and significant wind.
