MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2012 Nov 04

Worked for 11 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.9 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Skies were clear, bit windy all night, seeing started off bad (~2) 
but improved over the course of the night.

At the beginning of the night had issues with the xmis window and 
moving the guider.  The window would lag a lot and freeze.  After
discussing with Bob, I restarted xmis2 by first closing it down 
via a terminal window (> mdmTools stop xmis2) and then reopenning it
from the Applications tab.  After that the problem was solved and
 no other issues were encountered.
