MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2012 Nov 07 Observer(s): Kathy Vivas Institution(s): Michigan Instrument: CCDS Worked for 6 hours (first half of the night) Conditions were Overcast most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds all night. Beg: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable End: Overcast, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Weather was bad all night. During the first part of the night I was able to obtain spectra trough thin clouds in some parts of the sky. I had however to switch to my backup bright program. After 1am conditions worsened with overcast on and off but some observations could be carried from time to time within the openings in the sky.
