MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2013 Dec 14 Observer(s): Terndrup, Leighly, Raney Institution(s): OSU, OU Instrument: OSMOS/R Worked for 12 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate End: Seeing 2.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Observing Summary: First couple of hours were spent learning efficient target acquisition. Then banged away at a few relatively bright galaxies as the seeing was very poor. Mostly clear, with a few thin clouds to the south. Very windy.
