MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2013 Jan 01

Worked for 12 hours (all night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1.9 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

The night started with lots of high clouds around and crummy seeing.
The clouds fully dissipated by around 3:00am local time.  Seeing
improved a bit by the end of the night. 

I kept the 1.3m closed because of the iffy weather for the first 2/3 of the night.
Also, I didn't have the chance to try Eric's suggestions for restarting the VNC to the 1.3m.
