MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2013 Jan 15

Worked for 9 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Winds from 7 pm until 10 pm.
   Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds High
   Mid: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

The beginning of the night had gusts of winds occasionally over 40 mph, accompanied with a lot of dust flying through the air.
This wind calmed down around 10 pm, and the remainder of the night was clear and observable.  An issue with the MIS mirror was encountered at the end of the night, see trouble report.
