MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2013 Jun 21

Worked for 1 hours (off and on through the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   Mid: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   End: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

There were some clouds and a bright moon over my targets however
it didnt really matter because I was having some problems with
the telescope. 

Basically, telescope kept getting stuck in declination. The first
time I managed to slew it back with the paddle and it worked for 
a short time then it got stuck again. It will slew north, east 
west but not south. The dome knows where it is but the scope cant
complete its pointing and so, gets stuck. I restarted the tcs 
computer to no avail. I couldnt even get it all the way back to 
zenith (its close).
