MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2013 Mar 10 Observer(s): McGraw Institution(s): Ohio University Instrument: CCDS Worked for 12 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 2.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate End: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: Observations were made all night. Clear skies the entire night. A problem was encountered when attempting to take a dome flat in the afternoon. The lamp was barely illuminating the detector, with very low count levels. The arc lamps were working properly, however. I was unable to get flats because of the very low signal the flat lamp produced. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2013 Mar 11 [5:55:52]
