Bad weather most of the night.

Observing Summary:

Cloudy and/or humid essentially the entire night.  We opened briefly at one point during a whole in the clouds, but were quickly forced to close again before even acquiring a target.
While closing we encountered a problem (described in the trouble report) with the Rotator GUI.
