MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2013 Oct 28

Worked for 5 hours (last half of the night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 16:00 until 02:00.
   Beg: Overcast, Winds High
   Mid: Seeing 2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Opened in second half primarily to exercise instrument and
practice slit alignments etc in anticipation off better nights
ahead. No useful science data taken.  

Problems with propero-based alignments scripts - some hacking
 made it work, but the associate pyraf script to display images
 and compute offsets did not work.
