MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2014 Aug 24

Worked for 5.6 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Humidity from 1:40 until 4:00.
   Beg: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate, Poor seeing
   End: Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

The humidity rose to the closure point around 1:40 am.  Closed.  KPNO closed shortly thereafter.
By 4 am the humidity was  around 94%.  Otherwise the first 5.6 hours of the night were pretty
productive.  I found that a RA track rate of 15.055 gave much better performance
than the default of 15.064.
