MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2014 Dec 09

Instrument: modspec + echelle CCD

Worked for 12.5 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Some high cloud around early, but mostly a nice clear night. 
Winds light and seeing good.  Equipment worked well. I noticed
that the dome shutter isn't closing perfectly evenly, though it's
not nearly as crooked as it was before the pistons and valves
were replaced.  Also, 50L LN2 dewar seems a little anemic when it
comes to pressure, though it certainly works.
