MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2014 Dec 11

Instrument: modspec + echelle CCD

Worked for 9 hours (off and on through the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 10 PM until end.
   Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Mostly clear up until about 10 PM, but after that had varying
amounts of high cloud, sometimes completely opaque, and a
fair amount of wind.  Stopped observing for a while around 
midnight but resumed when the clouds thinned out a bit.  Pushed
on until dawn and actually got some useful data on brighter
objects.
