MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2014 Jan 23

Worked for 4 hours (off and on through the night)
Conditions were Overcast most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   End: Overcast, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Tonight's big story was heavy high cloud, and lots of it, with 
a few surprisingly long and usable breaks in them -- not just 
the usual sucker holes.  Seeing was decent, when there was
anything to see. I'm filing a trouble report, but it isn't 
anything that requires attention right away.
