MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2014 May 01

Worked for 8 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1.1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Hazy at sunset, but probably nearly photometric after 11:00.
Everything went very smoothly, with accurate guiding and
acquisition.
Did imaging of certain quasar fields for analysis of large
spectroscopic sample.
Had to use caliban to recover about 70 files at the end of
the night.  All the data are now on hiltner.
