MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2014 May 10

Worked for 9 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.3 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   Mid: Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Had difficulty with the SAOimageds9 not always loading the desired display.
After realizing this, exiting ds9 each time I wanted to look at a new file seemed 
to work to clear the old file.  It did not consistently display correctly even so, and 
this created some confusion for me.  
I also made a mistake when I re-zeroed the coordinates and moved away before 
I realized my error, and this was due to confusion with the DS9 display problems.
Will reload the program tonight and also restore lost pointing.
