Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   End: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

The paddle to move the telescope works on and off. For half the night, it wasn't responsive in all directions and then it started to work later in the night. There were some patchy clouds.
