MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2015 Jun 08

Bad weather most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Rain all night.

Observing Summary:

We did not open due to overcast clouds at the beginning of the night. 
Rain began around 11 pm and continued through the night. 
The humidity rose to greater than 85% within an hour of raining. 
The alarm for the humidity turned on in the server room and continued 
to beep all night, which was unnecessary since the KPNO status display 
showed MDM highlighted in red for humidity. It might be better to have 
the alarm shut off after a brief first notice. Inside the dome there were 
several leaks and wet spots on the floor. We are unsure as to whether 
the telescope or mirror were leaked upon as well.
