MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2015 Jun 10 Observer(s): Wagner, Wilber, Neric, Zinn Institution(s): OSU, ASU Instrument: OSMOS Worked for 9 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details. Seeing and Weather: High Humidity all night. Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: At the beginning of the night, we discovered water had condensed on to the CCD window, and so we had to blow it off with dry Nitrogen. We attempted to take spectra of several CV candidates, but many were too faint to observe; two good candidates were observed. Seeing was at best 1.5 , which was not sufficient for some imaging attempted at the end of the night. We re-focused once during the night. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2015 Jun 11 [5:00:13]
