MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2015 Jun 14

Worked for 9 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 0.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 0.9 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Clouds looked like they were on the horizon at the beginning of the night, and seeing was correspondingly lower than the rest of the night (1.2 ).

Winds were fairly high at the beginning of the night, but then tapered off to low single digits.

Encountered filenaming error and telescope slewing problem again this evening. See last and this night's trouble reports.

Pointing failed at one point, and so lost time trying to regain it. Sky flats went more smoothly than previous nights after getting a handle on the
instrument sensitivity.
