MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2015 Mar 25 Observer(s): Kay/Moran Institution(s): Columbia Instrument: 4 Worked for 9.0 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Very clear night, but pretty mediocre seeing. All went well. Probably not worthy of a trouble report, but we did two focus tests during the night with the guider both off and on. The individual exposures were short: 1-4 sec. In both cases, the psf was better when he guider was off. We checked to make sure the guider settings are correct. Could be our fault -- would appreciate any advice. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2015 Mar 26 [5:25:39]
