MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2015 Oct 23

Instrument: modspec+echelle ccd

Worked for 11 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Clear all night, but rather windy and with mediocre seeing 
degrading to poor at times.  Running the 1.3m simultaneously;
it went down with a wiring fault first thing, so some 
attention devoted to that.  Good thing we have autoguiders! 

One little glitch with Maxim DL -- at one point it got 
into a state where, under the guide tab, when I hit  expose ,
it only took a postage-stamp size picture.  The cure was to
go to the guider settings popup window, in  exposure settings 
at the lower right, and press the  reset  button. Other than
that everything worked pretty much perfectly.
