Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:

Observing Summary:

The Modspec/Echelle shutter failed to open when we started the night to take flats.
We tried re-starting Owl but that made no difference.
We tried power-cycling the shutter controller following Eric's instructions, but that made no difference.
Therefore, we were not able to use the telescope at all tonight.
