MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2016 Dec 15

Worked for 3 hours (first half of the night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Night started with a few clouds in the sky then turned into overcast conditions.


Was able to observe through clouds until around 2000.
More clouds moved in and it was impossible to find targets. 
(Will soon need more queue targets, especially toward start/middle of the night)
Closed the dome for weather at 2020.
A few drops of rain around 0300 

No break in clouds, stayed closed for the rest of the night.
