   Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Cirrusy and a bit windy at start, nearly clear by morning; seeing
mediocre. Severe and bizarre technical problem, see report.
