Conditions were Overcast most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Humidity all night.

Observing Summary:

No observations. High humidity and ice buildup on the 
dome from yesterday's freezing rain. The dome cannot rotate. 
The anemometer is still not giving readings, which is likely 
due to ice buildup. As weather conditions didn't allow for 
observing, I didn't investigate the anemometer issue.
