MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2016 Jul 01 Observer(s): Edmund Hodges-Kluck Institution(s): Michigan Instrument: OSMOS Worked for 10 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 3 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: The weather turned out to be much better than expected and almost the entire night was usable. However, at the beginning there was a problem with the guide probe (detailed in the trouble report) that prevented slit acquisition/taking spectra.
