MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2016 Jul 10

Worked for 8 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.15 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.53 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Mostly ok evening. Had a script stop in the middle of running and received an error in 
prospero: Program stopped filter 2 out of position fault mechanism. 
This happened when trying to transition filter2 to #4, the R filter. 
Even outside of the script pr commands were unable to move the filter.
I was able to get rid of the error by moving the filter wheel once around by hand.
Commands were working again and the script ran without incident after that. 

Very briefly at the start of the night the blue screened computer in the server room 
flashed a warning that the sensors were not reading properly. But the warning quickly 
disappeared. I don't know if that is normal. The power went out for a second or two,
twice during the weekend. Generators did not need to turn on.
