MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2016 Oct 18

Worked for 13 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Great night without any problems (except for the bright moon, which obviously cannot be fixed).

One very small issue that I observed :
upon the start of the session (after a  runinit ), I took multiple BIAS frames. Twice, prospero in the middle of around 10 consecutive exposures, complained that the 
file under the given name already existed, and aborted the sequence after saving the last file 
under a name like  8001044K.00c.fits . I twice restarted the sequence after a  runinit  again, with the sequence 
number properly adjusted -- after that, smooth sailing and no further complaints
of already existing files.
