MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2016 Sep 29 Observer(s): Christine Black and Michael Spiegle Institution(s): Dartmouth Instrument: OSMOS Worked for 10 hours (most of the night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds from 6pm until 8pm. Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: The evening started off a bit slow as we delayed opening due to threatening clouds. Thankfully the clouds cleared around 8pm and we were able to get on sky quickly. There was a bit of moisture on the window, but about 5 min of dry nitrogen purge did the trick.
