MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2017 Aug 25

Worked for 8 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 4 AM until end.
   Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable, cloud at very end

Observing Summary:

Fair-weather cumulus cleared up by nightfall, almost entirely,
leading to a good night except for sudden cloud cover at end.  No
problems except for prospero getting insistent about writing
to the wrong file -- cured by power-cycling the IC as per
the documentation.
