MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2017 Feb 24

Worked for 11.5 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Clear night

The dome was off again, reset encoders and connections inside dome
off one more time but then worked perfectly for the rest of the night

Had issues setting up on a target with the outer slit, lost maybe an hour but was able to collect data



Had a warning in prospero that files already existed and renamed a few targets.  
It seems like the files were somehow duplicated but I dont know exactly what caused this 

During flats prospero froze, had to reset some other issues see trouble report


No other issues
