MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2017 Jun 22

Instrument: modspec + echelle CCD

Worked for 6 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Another partly-cloudy day cleared off nicely before sunset, but
with a big system far to the southwest.  After midnight a raft of
high clouds spun off by that system came over and stopped the
festivities for rather more than an hour, but then it cleared off
again.  Significantly cooler, around 73 degrees F at the end of
the night -- it was more like 80 a few nights ago.
