MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2017 Mar 26 Observer(s): Jessica Klusmeyer Institution(s): MDM Instrument: OSMOS R4K Worked for 11.5 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.1 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: A few thin cirrus clouds around sunset, clear most of the night I heard some high pitch squeaks during the night, could not find the source, but it was very sporadic and during regular tracking not when moving the telescope. MIS showed guider not moving in X direction, quit GUI and cycle MIS and back to working Great night, still adjusting to values on R4k.
