MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2017 May 05

Worked for 10 hours (all night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Overcast, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds High
   End: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds High

Observing Summary:

Luck had it that none of the clouds were in the direction of any of the objects of desire for the whole duration of the night.

Rapid drop in T about 50minutes before sunset (about 5 C in the span of 10minutes),
at the same time the wind picked up considerably in force.
