MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2017 Oct 10

Worked for 11 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Excellent night with good seeing.  Devoted the last part of the 
night to getting a spectrum of a bright gamma ray burst 
counterpart while simultaneously getting images with the 1.3m.

The new TCS is performing well.  The dome went home tonight, and
the problem with intermittently unresponsive paddle directional
buttons may have been a bit better, though it hasn't gone away
entirely.
